 Super Perfect Cell's fully charged Solar Kamehameha could supposedly destroy a solar system.

Superman destroys a Solar System so non-chalantly that it's not even funny how much more powerful he is then SPC.

ANY Goku would get absolutely stomped by Superman in his Prime.

Give me one example that shows that Nappa alone can match Superman.
He destroys planets easily and goes through metal like its nothing

Because he can go through metal and destroys planets with ease?

Superman destroys Solar Systems easier than Nappa destroys planets. It took SPC a full powered Solar Kamehameha to do that, while Superman can do it by simply sneezing.

And Superman went through a force of quintillion tonnes I believe.

If SPC could do that with fully charged solar kamehameha than how much damage could SSJ4 Goku X10 kamehame do or even worst make a universal spirit bomb and absorb it and blast X10 kamehameha.

I am not totally sure Goku has no hope of victory like I mentioned above he has universal spirit bomb.
